Over the past twenty-eight years, ACT has developed strong relationships with a great number of competent vendors of quality products and services, and has benefited from their expertise and recommendations. Contractors are available for response to routine maintenance issues as well as emergencies and major projects too. Projects begin with the development of specifications for final approval by the Board of Directors. Contract proposals are secured and an analysis of each proposal is presented to the Board for final selection. ACT property supervisors coordinate project scheduling with contractors and make routine on-site inspections during and upon completion to ensure quality work and then report any changes or deviations to the Board of Directors before final approval is made.
